Why should I choose you to decorate my home or business?
There are many reasons why you should choose us for your decorating needs.  The top two are experience and customer service.  Ou​r company has over 5 years of experience decorating homes, businesses and commercial properties.  With this experience comes reliability, knowledge, and quality service that is extremely hard to match.  Our customer service is second to none. You can rest assured that every effort is being made to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

How does this all work?
It's actually pretty simple. We provide you with everything that you'll need to complete your Holiday System. Next, your system is installed and tested to ensure proper amperage.  Then, when the holiday season comes to an end we will return to take down your decorations, create a map for next year.

 

What happens if I have a problem with my lights?
Our experienced technicians are trained thoroughly to prevent problems with your lighting system. However, if you experience any problems with your lights then a service technician will be available to resolve the issue



What about the price?

Each installation is customized to the property. The customer can invest as much or as little as they want. Each proposal is presented with a number of options. We will help you build your decoration package over time.
 

How far in advance should I sign up?
You should contact a sales associate as early as September to avoid the rush. Schedules usually fill up by mid-November and it is hard to find an install date until next year.

Does Christmas Creations carry any liability insurance?
Yes, Christmas Creations is fully insured.
